-Salad made with vegetables harvested from Chiba Farm and tossed in a special dressing

A classic salad dish that combines the savory flavor of dressing with the refreshing taste of vegetables.

3. Assortment of two seasonal fish dishes

-The owner personally selects fresh seasonal fish at Toyosu Market and prepares them to create a fish dish with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and refreshing flavor! Enjoy it with our specially selected soy sauce.

4. The special ponzu sauce is the key! Richly flavored chicken skin ponzu sauce

5. Addictive! Anchovy Fries

- Crispy fried potatoes in minimally oily oil, coated with Kumamoto anchovies.

A classic menu with a Japanese taste that will become addictive.

6. Deep-fried Satsuma Chiran chicken
